On December 22, 2025 the executive board passed the 2025-2027 MTA-UTLO MOU with a vote of 6-4. As a result, a membership ratification vote will be held during a General Membership Meeting on January 14, 2026.
Polls will be open 8am to 8pm. General Membership Meeting sessions will be held in person at 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
